Jane Stoller is a seasoned operational executive and global management consultant with over two decades of corporate experience. She holds a Master's in International Business from the University of Hertfordshire and an MBA from Vancouver Island University.

Jane's impressive career includes a 15-year stint at Holcim, where she advanced to Global Performance Director in Zurich. She currently teaches Management at Vancouver Island University and is the dynamic force behind Organized Jane — a consultancy that delivers organizational services and performance audits to entrepreneurs and global companies across technology, construction, health, hospitality, and beauty.

Additionally, Jane is a keynote speaker, three-time author, and actively contributes to Canadian businesses and educational programs including the ONE TO ONE Children's Literacy Program.

Marina Billinghurst is a seasoned professional in the fashion and apparel industry, with over a decade of rich experience spanning conceptual design, product development, and creative direction. Her career began at Parsons School of Design in New York, where she completed her BFA in Fashion Design.

Transitioning her deep-rooted expertise in fashion into the realm of marketing, Marina brings a keen ability to understand and leverage market dynamics — having worked with Joe Fresh, Walmart, Sears, Ben Sherman, and Joe Boxer. She is also the founder of Art of Marina, celebrated for her artwork and creative vision.

As CMO, Marina is passionate about driving brand growth by harnessing cutting-edge marketing trends and keeping Glimmer at the forefront of the elevated non-alcoholic lifestyle movement.

With a diverse background encompassing the sciences, research and development, sales, and advanced wine education, Janet brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to every endeavor. She has over a decade of experience in premium wine distribution, honing her expertise and passion for fine wines.

Inspired by her background in biological sciences and wine course accreditation, Janet offers personal wine matchmaking, wine tasting events, private cellar management, and luxury provisioning. Her commitment to excellence is evident in her numerous certifications, including the prestigious WSET qualifications.

Janet actively conducts workshops and seminars, educating enthusiasts and professionals alike about the intricacies of wine selection, tasting techniques, and the science behind winemaking.

Shanalisa has worked across many sectors including retail, nutritional supplements, private practice, information technology, and business coaching. The clients she has supported as a controller span construction, real estate, steel fabrication, child education, and holding companies.

Being entrepreneurial-minded, Shanalisa has started three of her own companies. She truly loves accounting and finances — and is often heard saying, "numbers are my thing."

Beyond her passion for numbers, Shanalisa is a people person who leads and serves as needed. She is on the board of directors of a Not For Profit organization that seeks to end extreme poverty one community at a time, and has had the privilege of mentoring female students pursuing a business education at Trinity Western University.
