Tasting Notes
The 2023 Blanc de Blancs shines with fine lemon and pale green hues in the glass. Generous aromatic complexity with notes of fresh green apple, orange blossom, peach, lavender, apricot and muddled lemon, and has a delicate mousse of small, uniform bubbles. It delivers a balanced mid-body experience, where the cooler vintage’s acidity keep the palate fresh and vibrant.

Vinification: Stainless steel ferment, no oak aging for a fresh, crisp style. De-acoholized using a proprietary reverse osmosis system to maintain maximum aromatics and texture. Bottled in beautiful Penticton, BC.
Sustainability: Certified Sustainable in an accredited sustainability program focusing on natural resources, watershed protection, soil health, low input farming, employee and community stewardship and climate resiliency. .
