Glimmer is what happens when you refuse to settle. We took 100% Chardonnay grapes from certified sustainable vineyards, fermented them in stainless steel to preserve every note of freshness, then used a proprietary reverse osmosis process to remove the alcohol while keeping everything else intact.
The result is a sparkling wine that actually tastes like sparkling wine — fine lemon and pale green in the glass, with green apple, orange blossom, peach, lavender, and a delicate, uniform mousse.

The 2024 Blanc de Blancs shines with fine lemon and pale green hues. This wine offers generous aromatic complexity with notes of fresh green apple, orange blossom, peach, lavender, apricot and muddled lemon, and boasts a delicate mousse. It delivers a balanced mid-body experience, where the cooler vintage's acidity keeps the palate fresh and vibrant.

A brilliant salmon pour with a lively mousse and a fragrant, Muscat-kissed bouquet. This Cabernet-led rosé balances wild strawberry and pomegranate with a hint of white pepper. Zesty and red-fruit dominant, it offers an impressive structure that is bold enough for food and bright enough for the sun.

Glimmer was born in British Columbia, founded by a women-led team who were tired of showing up to celebrations and feeling like the non-alcoholic options were an afterthought.
We launched with a sold-out 250-person event and have not looked back. Glimmer is in stockists across BC and growing — because the world is ready for something better in the glass.
