Glimmer x Scandinave Spa Giveaway
Rules and Regulations
1. Contest Organizer. This contest (the "Glimmer x Scandinave Spa Giveaway") is held jointly by Drink Glimmer Wine and Scandinave Spa Whistler (the "Contest Organizers"). The contest will run online from July 1, 2026 at 8:00 AM (PT) to July 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM (PT) (the "Contest Period").
2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of British Columbia who have reached the age of majority (19+) at the time of entry and who have completed the online entry form. Employees, representatives, and agents of the Contest Organizers, their affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, suppliers, and members of their immediate families or households are excluded from participation.
3. How to Enter. No purchase necessary. To enter, scan the QR code found on the Glimmer limited-edition neck tag or visit the contest entry form at drinkglimmerwine.com/contest-form during the Contest Period. Complete and submit the online entry form in full. By entering, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Rules and Regulations. One (1) entry per person during the Contest Period.
4. Prize. One (1) grand prize consisting of: a full hydrotherapy spa circuit experience for the winner and one (1) guest at Scandinave Spa Whistler; unlimited Glimmer sparkling wine during the visit. Approximate retail value: $300+. No cash equivalent. Prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. Prize is subject to availability and must be redeemed by a date to be confirmed with the winner.
5. Draw. One (1) winner will be selected by random draw on August 1, 2026. The winner will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw. If the selected entrant cannot be reached or does not respond within five (5) business days, an alternate winner may be selected.
6. Winner Declaration. To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must: respond to the notification email within five (5) business days; sign and return a declaration and release form confirming eligibility and compliance with these rules; and provide proof of age and BC residency upon request.
7. Odds. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
8. General Conditions. The Contest Organizers reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this contest at any time if fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond their reasonable control compromises the integrity of the contest. All decisions of the Contest Organizers are final.
9. Limitation of Liability. By entering this contest, participants release the Contest Organizers and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the contest or use of the prize.
10. Privacy. Personal information collected through this contest will be used solely for the administration of the contest and delivery of the prize, in accordance with applicable privacy laws. By entering, participants consent to receive contest-related communications from the Contest Organizers.
11. Social Media Disclaimer. This contest is not associated with, managed by, or sponsored by any social media platform. All contest inquiries should be directed to Drink Glimmer Wine and not to any platform.
12. Governing Law. This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws of British Columbia. All issues regarding the construction, validity, and interpretation of these rules shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia.
13. Glimmer is a de-alcoholized sparkling wine (0.49% ABV). Please enjoy responsibly. Must be 19+ to enter.
