Real wine.
Thoughtfully reimagined.
Glimmer starts as wine. It is traditionally fermented before the alcohol is carefully removed to preserve the structure, aroma and celebratory experience of premium sparkling wine.
From vineyard to glass, nothing skipped.
Every bottle of Glimmer goes through the same four stages as a traditional sparkling wine. The only thing that leaves at the end is the alcohol.
Premium Grapes.
We start with 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in certified sustainable vineyards. Great sparkling wine begins in the vineyard, so we don't cut corners here even though the alcohol comes out later.
Traditional Winemaking.
Every batch is fully fermented the traditional way, in stainless steel, to preserve every note of freshness. At this stage, it's simply wine — real fermentation, real alcohol, real character.
Gentle Dealcoholization.
Using a proprietary reverse osmosis process, we carefully remove the alcohol while preserving the wine's aroma, mousse, and structure. Nothing about the character of the wine is lost, only the alcohol.
Premium Sparkling Wine.
Once the alcohol is gone, the wine is carefully finished as a sparkling wine. Fine bubbles, real structure, and the full ritual of celebration in every glass.
Not juice. Not concentrate. Real wine.
A lot of "non-alcoholic wine" never sees real fermentation. Here's the difference that ends up in your glass.
Typical Alternatives
- Often start from grape juice or concentrate
- Never fully ferment into real wine
- Flavour and aroma are added back in
- Can taste thin, sweet, or one-note
Glimmer
- Starts as 100% Chardonnay grapes
- Fully fermented into real wine
- Alcohol removed gently, then bottled and sparkled
- Real structure, real aroma, real mousse
Taste the difference.
Once you know how it's made, it makes a lot more sense why it tastes the way it does.
